Binaural Beats | Get Happy | How to Boost Your Mood

What do you do when you are feeling down ?

Wouldn't it be great if you could banish those blues and get happy simply by donning a set of headphones and listening to an audio track for half an hour ...

Well, now you can ...

thanks to modern brainwave entrainment techniques !

Brainwave entrainment

Brainwave entrainment technology has its origins in scientific work carried out almost two centuries ago - but its true potential has only been harnessed in more recent times.

We know that different mental states are associated with different brainwave frequencies or wave patterns.

For example, phases of meditation or contemplation are associated with brainwave frequencies in what are known as the deep Alpha, Theta, and upper Delta ranges; while sleep itself is associated with brain waves in the low Delta frequency range.

We also know that the brain can be persuaded to adopt the state of mind associated with brainwave patterns of a certain frequency, when it 'listens to' audio recordings of wavelength patterns in those frequency bands.

This is the process of brainwave entrainment.

Digital drugs

Modern brainwave research has led to the development of so-called 'digital drugs'.

These are computer-generated audio recordings that gently shift your natural brainwave patterns into the Alpha wave and Beta wave frequency bands, thereby enabling you to replicate mental states such as euphoria, excitement, and eager anticipation.

Binaural beats and isochronic tones

Most of these programs use binaural beats and/or isochronic tones to stimulate brainwaves in these frequency ranges and create feelings of happiness and well-being.

Binaural beats were discovered in the early part of the 19th Century by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, a Prussian physicist.

They are created by playing slightly different frequencies into the left and right ear.  This has the effect of generating a third frequency inside the brain equal to the difference between the two original frequencies.

This third low frequency wavelength is the 'binaural beat'.

Isochronic tones, on the other hand, consist of separate pulses of a single tone which are emitted at regular intervals, and which (unlike binaural beats) do not require the use of stereo headphones.

Advanced and sophisicated programs such as Sonic Vitamins and All Natural High combine these and other modern audio techniques to create extremely powerful and effective experiences.

Because binaural beats and isochronic tones are low frequency wavelengths which lie beyond the range of our hearing, both Sonic Vitamins and All Natural High combine these with a soundtrack which is carefully chosen to provide a pleasant listening experience.

All Natural High also provides the option to play the "raw" binaural beat on its own, or together with a musical track of your own choosing.

A word of caution

However, before you get carried away and rush off to download one of these programs, you need to be aware that brainwave entrainment technology is not for everyone.

For example, if you suffer from epilepsy, or have a serious mental disorder, you should not use these audio sessions without the approval of an appropriate medical physician.

However, for the majority of people they would seem to offer a safe and effective way to boost and enhance your mood ...

to GET HAPPY ...

without the problems associated with traditional euphoric stimulants.

Postscript:

It would of course be quite wrong to suggest that 'digital drugs' such as Sonic Vitamins or All Natural High will help you much if you have suffered some serious personal loss or trauma.

But they have a lot to offer anyone who is simply looking for a simple, safe, and effective way to lift their mood ... perhaps at the end of a hard day ... or when they are feeling down for no apparent reason.

If you yourself are frequently stressed out by the pace and hassle of everyday life, then brainwave entrainment technology may provide you with a welcome lift when you need it most ...

and when you consider that all you have to do is don a headset, then sit back and relax while the audio recording works its magic, it all becomes a very attractive proposition.

Footnote:

'Digital drugs' such as binaural beats and isochronic tones are not used solely and exclusively to promote euphoric states and feelings of happiness and well-being.

They can also be used to 'feed' the mind brainwave frequencies associated with other mental states; and a number of other interesting programs exist such as those designed to sharpen mental focus, or help meditation, or cure insomnia.
